The Annual Meeting of Electors will be held on Tuesday 12 May 2015, starting at 6.00pm. It will be held in the concert hall at the Guildhall, St Ives, Cornwall.
If you are a registered elector of the civil Parish of St Ives (including Lelant, Carbis Bay, St Ives and Halsetown), you are entitled to come to the Annual Meeting of Electors. It is an opportunity for you to find out what the Town Council has achieved over the past year and gives you a chance to have your say on matters relevant to the local area. Members of the Town Council will be there to answer your questions and to take into account your views.
All electors are encouraged to attend – meeting and discussing local matters in this way give a real opportunity for your local council to take the views of the community into account, and to let you know more about what the town council does.
The meeting starts at 6.00pm and will be held in the concert hall at the Guildhall, St Ives. The agenda will be available on the website, with all other agendas and minutes – click here.
