The Official St Ives Tourism Guide has been released!
St Ives Visitor Information Centre (VIC) has released the first official tourism guide in three years.
The VIC has responded to the numerous enquiries asking for a town guide. Many potential visitors were shocked that there was not a town guide to encourage people to visit the town.
The official town guide covers St Ives and the surrounding area covering topics such as Art & Culture, History of the Town, St Ives Archive, things to do and see and, of course, accommodation.
The town guide had to be self funded and an initial print run of 10,000 was announced; however, the VIC has been able to increase the print run to 20,000 due to the support of the local businesses that enabled them to produce the guide.
It will be available free of charge and will be distributed to local businesses who wish to display the guide, to other tourist information centres in Cornwall and will be posted to all enquiring visitors in the UK.
For all potential visitors outside the UK, it can be viewed and downloaded via our website.
Any businesses that are interested in advertising in next year’s guide can do so by contacting the Visitor Information Centre.
